Super Bowl 60 is finally here!

Good afternoon NFL fans, this is your favorite sports reporter bringing you a preview of the big game from my house on this cloudy and chilly day! Between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks from Santa Clara CA. Coming into tonight’s final game of the NFL season the New England Patriots had to defeat the Denver Broncos in the AFC championship game. meanwhile the Seattle Seahawks had to take down the LA rams In the NFC championship game to get here. Coming into tonight do or die contest for the Vince Lombardi Trophy, Some key matchups that I will be keeping an eye on are Drake Maye versus Sam Darnold another key matchup in tonight game that I will also be monitor will be both of these teams defenses, Let’s not forget what happened the last time these two teams met in the Super Bowl it took a defensive stop by Malcolm Butler to preserve the Patriots victory over these same Seahawks! However, times have changed both offenses and defenses Have gotten smarter over the years it will be interesting to see which of these team’s coaches can draw up the perfect gameplay for their team to be victorious! Should be a tightly contested game. I can’t wait to watch but my prediction for this year’s Super Bowl champion is the Seattle Seahawks Winning 27 to 24 Giving Sam Darnold his first Super Bowl championship! Enjoy the game everyone Until next time thanks for reading and stay warm everyone! you can catch all of the Super Bowl action beginning at 6:30 PM on channel NBC

The New York Islanders travel to Vancouver British Columbia to take the Canucks tonight from the Rogers Centre

Good morning New York Islander fans, this is your favorite sports reporter coming to you from my house on this sunny but cold day, after we had a bit of a winter Wonderland yesterday with all the snow! The New York Islanders are still on their seven-game road trip, which now takes them to Vancouver, British Columbia to take on the Vancouver Canucks. The orange and blue are trying to bounce back after a very disappointing defeat against the Calvary Flames the other day, coming up short with a final score of 4 to 2. The only bright side that this reporter could see in their previous game was Anders Lee scoring his 300th NHL goal of his career. The New York Islanders will need a better team effort from the top to the bottom to get two points against the bottom feeders of the Western Conference in the Canucks. The Islanders are still sitting comfortably in 2nd place  in the playoffs with a record of 26 victories, 17 defeats and 5 overtime defeats. On the other side of the ice the Vancouver Canucks have a record of 17 victories, 26 losses and 5 overtime defeats for a grand total of 37 points this season. The Vancouver Canucks have already started selling off key pieces of their team most notably Quinn Hughes. I will be interested to see who they sell off next with the trading deadline only a couple weeks away. Now let’s turn our attention to the game at hand this evening. Some key matchups that I will be keeping an eye on while I listen to the game tonight include Emil Heineman and Anders Lee for the New York Islanders vs Brock Boeser and Keith Sherwood. It should be an interesting game tonight, but I would not take the Vancouver Canucks very lightly because you never know what could happen in the NHL on any given night. You can catch all the action on MSG Plus beginning at 10:00 PM with my friends Brandon Burke and Shannon Hogan on the call with Thomas Hickey between the benches let’s go New York Islanders Yes Yes Yes.
