Good afternoon New York Yankee fans, This is your
favorite sports reporter coming to you from my house on this sunny but humid
day bringing you a preview of this afternoon ball game between our New York
Yankees and the Atlanta Braves from Yankees Stadium in the Bronx NY. Coming
into this afternoon contest versus the Braves The Yankees are trying to
complete the sweep of one of the hottest teams in the national east standings
with a record of 70 victories and 47 defeats which put them in first place in
their division, Meanwhile on the other side of the ballpark the New York
Yankees come into today’s game with a record of 66 victories and 51 defeat
which puts them in second place in the American League East standings. Let us
turn our attention to today’s contest some key matchups that I will be looking
forward to in this afternoon’s contest include Ben Rice versus Austin Riley! I’ll
be interested to see what kind of energy the fans bring to the ballpark today
considering the weather It should be an interesting matchup I will be watching
